my sister day once got gastric then easy to get again.. i suggest you keep some antasid in all the bags you have for emergency use..

dar - yes! agree. once u get it. very easy to get it again.. and once u sneeze when u having gastric.. u will ended up a lying on floor cuz stomach cramp.. LOL! tq neway.. din diet, i'm putting on some weight..
